2020 Event Registration

Following are the dates and times when Event Registration will begin for each division.

Color Guard
Tier 1 – September 16th at 12:00 noon EST – those groups registering for WGI World Championships as well as regional(s) will begin. Entry into World Championships will be automatically included at this time and your group will become financially responsible for this entry.
Tier 2 – September 23rd at 12:00 noon EST – for all groups registering for any events, except Regional A’s.
Tier 3 – September 30th at 12:00 noon EST – for all groups including Regional A class groups may register for events.

Percussion & Winds
Tier 1 – September 19th at 12:00 noon EST – those groups registering for WGI World Championships as well as regional(s) will begin. Entry into World Championships will be automatically included at this time and your group will become financially responsible for this entry.
Tier 2 – September 26th at 12:00 noon EST – for all groups registering any events.

2020 Season Pricing:

Entry fee per group postmarked on or before December 15th:

One-day Regional                $260.00
Two-day Regional                $310.00
Power Regionals                  $410.00
World Championships         $550.00

Entry fee per group postmarked after December 15th:

One-day Regional                $310.00
Two-day Regional                $360.00
Power Regionals                  $460.00
World Championships         $650.00

“Plus” Pass Pricing:

    • Regionals “PLUS” Pass provides five additional passes for a total of 15 passes for a fee of $75.00.
    • Power Regionals “PLUS” Pass provides seven additional passes for a total of 17 passes for a fee of $100.00.
    • World Championships “PLUS” Pass provides seven additional passes for a total of 17 passes for a fee of $215.00.

 

POSTMARK INFO
Since Regional prelims performance times are based on postmark date, the following explains how the WGI office will merge entry dates so all groups have access to the best prelims performance times. Those groups registering for Tier 1 will receive the same postmark date of Tier 2 for that Division. For example: Color Guard Tier 1 groups will receive the postmark date of September 23rd. Percussion and Winds Tier 1 groups will receive the postmark date of September 26th.

ACCESSING THE REGISTRATION LINK
Groups Primary Contact along with the Financial contact will have access to the EVENT REGISTRATION link via the Directors Dashboard.

PAYMENT
There are two payment options available at the time of registration. You can choose to pay with a credit card and your email confirmation will serve as your receipt. You also have the option of paying by check. When choosing to pay by check, the email confirmation will serve as your invoice. The group then has 60 days from the date of registration or by the entry deadline date (whichever is first) to pay the invoice or the group will be removed from all events. By submitting the Event Registration entry, you understand it to be a legally binding contract where each group is financially responsible for all fees associated with these entries.
