Group (Competitive and Non-competitive) and eShowcase Registration procedure


If you do not already have access to the “Directors Only” portion of the website, complete the NEW GROUP FORM. Please allow up to 5 business days to process the request and receive your username and password.

You will find the Group Virtual Event Registration Form after logging into your “Directors Only” portion of wgi.org.



  1. Log into the Directors Dashboard.
  2. Click the blue Event Registration button at the top.
  3. Select your group from the dropdown.
  4. Fill out the registration form.
  5. Choose your method of payment. If your school/group wishes to use portions of a 2020 Credit Memo or pay by check, you will have that option. When choosing to pay by check, the email confirmation will serve as your invoice. The group then has 60 days to make payment or before the entry/paperwork deadline date (whichever is first), or your registration will be disqualified. The group will remain liable for all fees and will not be permitted to compete at any WGI event until outstanding balances have been satisfied. If paying with a credit card, your email confirmation will serve as a receipt.

After registration, the following is required paperwork to be uploaded to the “Directors Only” dashboard portion of wgi.org no later than 3 weeks prior to your first event:

  1. Each member of the ensemble must fill out the Performer Release Form. All forms should be collected as a PDF and then uploaded via your Director Dashboard no later than two weeks before the video submission date.
    1. Download the Performer Release Form
    2. Print the form
    3. Sign (or have parent/ legal guardian) the form
    4. Use a scanner app like Tiny Scanner or Scannable to scan form into PDF format
    5. To upload, log into the Director’s Only website, select your group and then click Document Upload. Then, select Performer Release Upload.

  2. All Groups must submit a 2021 Master Agreement must be uploaded using the Directors Dashboard no later than two weeks prior to the video submission date.
    • To access the Master Agreement, log into the Directors Only website, select your group and then click Master Agreement.
    • To upload your Master Agreement , log into the Directors Only website, select your group and then click Document Upload.
