Regardless of the withdraw date, all entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a group has registered for an event, they are responsible for paying any fees and associated penalties for that event. .

Any group withdrawing from a regional after the entry deadline or that fails to appear will be assessed a penalty of $200.00 which must be paid prior to World Championships. .

Any group withdrawing from World Championships after the announced deadline will be assessed a penalty of $600..


Groups withdrawing from any contest must do so by using this form prior to the penalty deadline date to avoid the late withdraw penalty. Groups must be prepared to show proof that they submitted this form to avoid the penalty. No verbal or email changes to entries will be accepted..

If you are interested in transferring your entry fee to another event, then you are able to do so at the bottom of this form..

The Event Entry Transfer Fee is $100 plus any additional difference in the event entry fee. **For example if your group is currently entered into a 1 day event and would like to transfer to a 2 day event, your group would have to pay the additional entry fees plus the event transfer fee to complete the transfer of events..

***Don't forget that regional entry fees increase on December 15th and you will be responsible for any late fees if you transfer after that date. .

Rules and Regulations.

1. The new event must still be open. This means that the event cannot have a waiting list and it must be prior to the new event's entry deadline date..

2. Your group will lose the original postmark date. The new postmark date with be the date that this form is submitted..

3. Your group must transfer out of the previous event prior to the entry deadline date for that event..

4. All entry fees and transfer fees are non-refundable..

5. Your group must pay all change fees and additional entry fees (if applicable) prior to the new event.
