All those who had purchased World Championships tickets prior to the event cancellation will receive and email with further instructions on how to make your refund/exchange decision. If you did not receive an email by March 16th, please call the WGI box office.

We are offering the follwing accommodations:

1. PUSH TO 2021: Lock in the current ticket prices and keep your specific seat(s) for reserved seating events. Your entire order would be pushed forward to the 2021 season. We cannot process partial exchanges/refunds.
2. DONATE THE VALUE OF YOUR TICKETS: The value of your tickets will be acknowledged as a charitable contribution to WGI Sport of the Arts to further our mission to provide a venue for young people to achieve the extraordinary through performance and competition. A proof of tax-deductible donation letter will be emailed at a later date.
3. REFUND: A full refund will be issued for the cost of the ticket(s) and all associated fees.
