2023 CompetitionSuite Request

Each circuit must have a current CompetitionSuite Sub License Agreement on file with the WGI office to utilize CompetitionSuite. Please take a moment to download and sign the agreement.

– To e-sign the agreement, you must download the file to your computer and open it in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. Otherwise, you will have to print it, sign it, and scan it in.

Once the agreement has been signed, please upload the agreement in the request form below. Upon receipt of the request form, a new season will be created in CompetitionSuite for your circuit and you will receive an invoice for the 50% deposit. Deposit is due no later than 30 days from receipt or your CompetitionSuite sub license may be suspended. (Please keep in mind that creating a new season in CompetitionSuite and invoicing your circuit is a manual process, and it could take 3-5 business days from receipt of form.)

    Per the sub-license agreement, please estimate the number of actual performances including all prelims, semi finals, and finals events. The solo and small group (ensemble) estimation is not based on individual participants but on number of performances. If you do not use solo or small ensemble, please put 0.
