New in 2024
1. CompetitionSuite Price Structure Changes for 2024
CompetitionSuite is moving to a performance based pricing structure. Each circuit should have received an email from CompetitionSuite on July 7th with the details outlining this change.
2. WGI will no longer require a 50% deposit upon signing the sub license agreement. Final invoices will be sent at the conclusion of the season and will be due within 30 days of receipt or by June 15th. Whichever is soonest.
Each circuit must have a current CompetitionSuite Sub License Agreement on file with the WGI office to utilize CompetitionSuite. Please take a moment to download and sign the agreement.
To e-sign the agreement, you must download the file to your computer and open it in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. Otherwise, you will have to print it, sign it, and scan it or take a photo of it.
Once the agreement has been signed, please upload the agreement in the request form below. Upon receipt of the request form, a new season will be created in CompetitionSuite for your circuit. (Please keep in mind that creating a new season in CompetitionSuite is a manual process, and it could take 3-5 business days from receipt of form.)
If you have any questions or concerns, please email Lyera@wgi.org.
